Handling the Haters
It’s inevitable, when we achieve some success, people gonna hate. Whether it’s social media comments, site reviews, or...gasp....incorrect complaints to state board. Here’s what we’ve learned works:
Nothing. Keep your head up and ensure (like you always do) that you’re doing everything with integrity and within scope, Feel sorry for them. And to quote Michelle Obama (because I fucking love a quote) “When they go low, we go high.”
Forge on, making clients happy, loving what you do, and making that money. They’ll still be over there, stewing in the corner.
